Abe Lincoln PTA Programs

The PTA provides funding and coordinates volunteers for a number of programs designed to:

  • help our students learn
  • bring families together
  • engage and support parents
  • serve the community

Chess Club

Want to learn chess? Want to improve your chess game? If you answered yes to either question, then Lincoln’s Chess Club (for Grades 1-5) is the place for you! No previous chess experience necessary.

Ecology Club

Want to learn more about the environment and ways you can help make your community a better place? Come join the ecology club!

Inside Out Club

A comedic twist on the classic fairytales you have always loved – come see how Cinderella, the Three (or Four?) Little Pigs, and others find themselves in some mischief and how they get out of it!

Supported by our PTA, the Lincoln Student Ambassador organization is a leadership program for the 5th grade students that focuses on the Character Counts!

Dad's Exercise Night

This group was formed to give D41 dads a different way to exercise one day during the workweek. We are always looking for new dads to join with no weekly commitment. It’s an open gym format, so come only on the weeks that work for your busy schedule.
