Olympic Day!
Save the date for Abraham Lincoln’s annual end-of-school tradition: Olympic Day! Thursday, May 30th marks the last full day of school, and our students will be participating in a variety of fun-filled events throughout the day.
Olympic Day activities include the long jump, 50-yard sprint, soccer shoot, an obstacle course, and more, allowing students to showcase their skills while enjoying time with their peers!
To assist with your planning for May 30, 2024: If you intend to volunteer, please note that younger siblings cannot accompany you during your volunteer shifts. Additionally, we kindly request that parents, grandparents, and relatives who are not volunteering refrain from attending Olympic Day as spectators. However, non-volunteering parents and relatives are warmly invited and encouraged to join us for the closing ceremonies and 5th-grade sendoff at 2:45 pm on the east lawn!
