GPS: Create and Emotionally Regulated School Community through Mindful Breathing (4/21)

Wednesday, April 21 @ 12:00 pm – Here are research-based practices, to leverage the power and accessibility of breathing to develop teacher and student self-awareness and self-regulation in the classroom and beyond. As adults, our responses to stress and adversity are instructive to the children and young adults under our guidance and in our care. Through the development of healthy and sustainable stress-managements skills, like mindful breathing, we can turn stress into strength and build resilience in ourselves, our families, and our communities.
