An event every year that begins at 1:00am on of February, repeating indefinitely
Students are led in hands-on experiments in physics, biology, chemistry and more.
We will demonstrate the wonders of science in a fun-filled event It’s time to learn, have fun and get dirty! There will also be exotic animals (sloth, bat and several others) in an interactive display. A little bit for everyone so come and bring your friends!
For 2017, we will again have the Lincoln Egg Drop Contest.
Who can build a package to drop an egg (without breaking) from the ceiling? Packages will need to be made prior to Science Night at home by the child or team according to a set of rules that will be posted and circulated. The package will need to be made so the egg can be placed in the package at the event prior to the drop.
Come early so you can do all 20+ Experiments! Thursday February 9th, 6:30 to 8:30 PM
Access the Egg Drop Rules here.
Volunteers are needed in advance of the event to test out experiments and replenish supplies – no experience necessary, just follow instructions! Volunteers are also needed at the event to help run experiments. Click the Sign Up button below to sign up!
