The Inside Out Club offers students a fun and meaningful opportunity to connect with other kids, explore empathy (Lincoln’s theme this year!) and gain awareness about the world and people around them.
First and second graders will learn empathy, kindness and other character-building skills through a fun mix of learning activities and mini service projects that benefit local nonprofits, such as West Suburban Community Pantry and Loaves & Fishes. An Inside Out Club for 3rd and 4th graders is also in the works! Check out our website to learn more: www.insideoutclub.org.
*Note: Lessons and activities are different from last year. Your child will receive a rewarding and unique experience if the participated last year.
When and where?
From 3:30 to 4:30 in the Library on the following Wednesdays:
- September 25th
- October 23rd
- November 13th
- December 18th
How do I sign up?
Return the permission slip/signed waiver to your teacher by Friday, September 6th. It went home from school with your child on 8/30, so please check their backpack.
